How does one assign a value to something like this? Does its supposed scarcity make it valuable? There is also the notation "$7.00" on the back of the page - is that what the original owner paid for it? In 1971? A dealer might price it at $50, hoping to find someone willing to pay that much, but on eBay it might bring only a few dollars. If no one wants it, it's worthless.
