This stamp used to be listed in the ATA handbook of trains on stamps, but was recently dropped. Those are overhead cables, not rails. You may collect these if you want them, but don't call them rail stamps - as Lincoln admonished Douglas in their famous debate, "calling a tail a leg doesn't make it one."
