DEDICATION This catalog is dedicated to three giants in the world of Cinderella collecting. Besides having formidable collections, they shared their knowledge via many publications. 1. Paul F. Rampacher: (1881 - 1972) Publications: "Catalog of Vignettes of Olympic Games, published in 1959," "Catalog des Timbres d'exposition et commemoratives de la Suisse," plus many articles in collector's journals - Cinderella Philatelist, Stamps, Merkur, Sammler Dienst, etc. His collection of over 60,000 items was built up lovingly over 60 years and attained world fame. It included many unique items and others of great rarity. 2. Lionel "Dick" Green; (1890 - 1976) Publications: "U.S. All Fund Catalog," "Catalog of Utah State Revenues," and "Tuberculosis Seals of the World." Also wrote many articles which were published in various periodicals. Prom 1945 to 1954 he was editor of "Seal News," a monthly publication of the Christmas Seal & Charity Stamp Society. Prepared a "Catalog of Poster Stamps of the Olympic Games" which covered labels from 1906 through 1940. He was an avid seal, label & poster stamp collector and belonged to many philatelic and Cinderella organizations that existed during his active years. In the words of Ray Mosbaugh "he was the Dean of seal collecting world wide" and "could almost be called the patriarch of seal collecting the world over." 3. Raymond C. Mosbaugh; (1916 - 1977) Publications: "Red Cross Seals of the World Catalog" and new, revised editions of Dick Green's U.S. All Fund and TB catalogs. He was editor of "Seal News" from 1954 to 1975. To quote Ray Mosbaugh, "Dick Green was my teacher." Ray had the advantage of being able to draw on the knowledge passed on to him by Paul Rampacher, Dick Green and many other pioneer Cinderella collectors. v
