	ATA HB entry: 1979 - H&G B72 - 20¢ Envelope ? issued 12 Sept 1979 - 125th anniversary of Railways in Australia - "Pre-stamped envelope #012" (on the back); printed stamp indicium with Melbourne & Hobsons Bay Railway 2-2-2T steam locomotive; cachet (red-brown) consists of an embossed 2-2-2T steam locomotive & "MELBOURNE & HOBSONS BAY" in circle, as a simulated wax seal Note: This railway from Flinders Street (Station) to Sandridge (now Port Melbourne) opened on Sep 12, 1854

See below. TG - The postmark on my copy of the 27c card 4-V5 ("The delightful steam train 'Puffing Billy,' an attraction of the Dandenong Ranges.") is ROSANNA/25 MR 3/VIC-3081. This is the one you describe as illegible. (The year is unfortunately not complete: it is probably 83)
