Below are PRC New Year's Lottery cards,
several of which are issued every year, some have a railway subject.
I believe the coupon at the side is entered into a draw,
and the picture side is sponsored, but I can't say much else about them - KD
2/9/07 - viewer Bob James wrote as follows:
China-PRC since 1995 has issued thousands of postal cards (+
hundreds of lettercds. & stamped envelopes)! These are primarily Happy
New Year greetings, some are advertising & some are souveners attached
to entrance tickets. About 2/3 include monthly lottery stubs.
The newest ones are very well-done (printing,
photography, graphic layout).
