The early postal stationery of Nicaragua
is a fertile area for the rail specialist, as all the designs used on the early stamps
were issued on stamped envelopes and postal cards as well, in multiple denominations, in
various formats and sizes, with various papers, and with overprints. Only a few are
shown here. Some of the other items known are listed, but there are many more. There
are phony overprints on the market. |
